The Band Boosters are proud supporters of the NHS Band Program. They meet regularly on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the NHS Band Room. Any parent who is interested in joining the organization is encouraged to do so. The band boosters work the concession stand at the varsity and jv football games. Through concession sales, fruit sales, and other fundraisers, the band boosters are able to donate to the band for their many needs of equipment, music, uniform upkeep, and travel.

My name is Faye Moon and I work for Incredible Events, an event company that plans large corporate events nationwide. These events create fundraising opportunities for groups who come out and help us set-up the event, work the event, and take down/clean up the event afterwards. We are looking for volunteers(such as yourself) around the local area to come out and participate in this opportunity. Let me know if you are interested. Here is the information:
This year we are planning an event for Celanese Acetate. For the work done, we will provide a donation check. The donation amount will depend on the amount of volunteers you have and the number of hours they work. This is a first come first serve opportunity so let me know if you are interested and I will let you know if the spaces are still open. The only restriction we have is we ask that volunteers be age 15 or older. We ask that 25% of the group be adults (18+). Here are the specifics:

The total donation would be $8,600.00
